About The Handy Finds UK
The Handy Finds UK started as a Pinterest and Instagram account sharing useful, good-value finds for UK homes and dog owners. This website is where we go into proper depth: full buying guides that help you choose between the products people in the UK actually shortlist.
What we cover
Home & cleaning, kitchen, DIY & tools, garden & outdoor, home office and pets. We focus on purchases where a bit of research pays off, such as appliances, tools and furniture, where picking the wrong model is an expensive mistake.
What makes our guides different
- We are honest about our method. Our guides are research-based roundups. We read the manufacturer specs, compare warranties and look at independent UK reviews and patterns in thousands of owner reviews. We don’t claim to have tested products we haven’t.
- We write for UK homes. UK plugs, UK sizes, UK energy prices, UK weather and UK sellers.
- We tell you who should skip a product. Every pick has watch-outs, not just positives.
- No prices on the page. Prices change by the hour, so we link you to the live price instead of showing an out-of-date number.
